Delivery

All products will be shipped within 5 working days, unless 48hr  delivery is requested, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

You will only be charged once per order for delivery . For example, if we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, you will only be charged once for delivery.

Delivery charges:

Delivery within the UK mainland only

Standard Delivery is Free
Delivery 3-5 working days from dispatch. UK Mainland Areas Not Covered under the standard charge
Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.


Cancellation & returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing, by or by email, within ten days of receipt of your order.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product.

If you need to return your order, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, and should be sent to: Posh Products  PO BOX 241 ACCRINGTON BB5 9DJ



Distance Selling Regulations

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period Under the European Union's Distance Selling Regulations, customers  have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered.

Plus the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, will not refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• where you are returning an entire order, will not refund the entire standard delivery charge

• where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
